Title [ News ] Daekyo donates 23,000 books to the Dream Start Center Date 2009-07-10

Daekyo ?together with Daekyo Culture Foundation - donated some 23,000 books to the Central Dream Start Center on June 17 at the Noonnoppi Sadang Center. These books will be distributed to 75 Dream Start Centers operating nationwide, benefiting some 22,500 children.
The Dream Start project provides benefits and educational services to children up to 12 years old coming from low-income classes. The company participates in this program as part of its efforts to return its corporate profits to the community.
"We plan to expand gradually the social contribution activities that we used to carry out in part. We shall contribute to the community through search and practice," said Myeong-kyu Park, head of the Noonnoppi Project Department.
